**Proposal Details:**
• By voting YES on this proposal, Chihuahua stakers voice their support in adding chihuahua incentives to CRBRUS-HUAHUA liquidity pool 658 on Osmosis and consent to do it.

• By voting NO on this proposal, CHIHUAHUA stakers voice their dissent in adding HUAHUA incentives to CRBRUS-HUAHUA liquidity pool 658 on Osmosis.

This is a signaling proposal to include CRBRUS-HUAHUA (pool #658) pair into the set of assets that receive HUAHUA liquidity incentives. After this proposal has passed governance, the CRBRUS-HUAHUA (pool #658) will be added to the regular incentive program of HUAHUA and will begin the onboarding process.

Match external incentives provided by the Cerberus team for CRBRUS/OSMO (pool #???), the external incentives will continue for 30 epochs for 14 days bonding period.

By voting YES on this proposal, external CRBRUS incentives will be matched at ~$2,333 per day
By voting NO on this proposal, external CRBRUS incentives will NOT be matched at ~$2,333 per day
Context

The CRBRUS team has allocated 100,000 CRBRUS across CRBRUS/OSMO pool 648 that amounts to ~$70,870 over the course of 30 epochs (Started on 08-03-2022)
The CRBRUS incentives are as follows:

CRBRUS/OSMO (Pool ##???),): ~3333 CRBRUS per day amounting to ~$2,333. Therefore, the final ask for the Osmosis incentive match is for ~$2,333 per day.
