The music loving drivers will drive the musicians to their venue in exchange tickets for the concert or other perks.* Q1: Does this sound like a good idea to you ? Q2: Would you be interested in such a service ? Q3: Do you know anyone who would be interested in such an app ? **General information related to the topic** Q4: Do have any particular interest in music? Q5: Have you ever performed at a concert ? Q6: Could you give an example of an application you find very well designed, intuitive and easy to use ? **Behavior related to particular issues** *Please answer the following questions using the prototype* Q7: Is the app intuitive ? Q8: Does it seem clear ? Did ok and understood how it worked without any help. --- **2nd instruction:** You are a music lover with a large van living in Lyon and you are happy to drive a musician or group of musician to Marseille, where you have friends, in exchange for a couple of tickets for a nice concert to go to with your friends. **Observations:** Again, no big difficulties, showed that the app was usable ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Likes the concept and says that BlaBlaCar often lacks the social part - App is easy to easy, impossible not to understand how it works - Pictures and design are nice --- **Neutral feedback:** - Looks like any other resgistration app or website - The name is ok - Like the fact that one can share the type of music he likes at the end --- **Negative feedback:** - Social aspect is not present enough - back buttons don't look good - Need a better first page --- **Learning & insights:** Overall positive, likes the concept and understands it even if not very much into music. --- **Decisions & actions:** change the back buttons, rework on the homepage, and insist on the social aspect ::: :::warning ## Testcard #3 ## Pre-testing **Occupation:** Student at Lyon 2 University **Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** In her living room in her appartment **Duration of the meeting:** About 25 minutes ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** You are the leader of a small music group in Lyon and you have to find a way to get to your next concert venue in Marseille. **Observations:** She understood quickly how it worked and did not need any help to go from one step to another. --- **2nd instruction:** You are a music lover with a large van living in Lyon and you are happy to drive a musician or group of musician to Marseille, where you have friends, in exchange for a couple of tickets for a nice concert to go to with your friends. **Observations:** No difficulties here either, she went through the steps quickly and easily. ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - She said the app was really easy to use and understandable from both sides - She liked the concept, especially the social media part --- **Neutral feedback:** - She said we could add profile pictures for our clients --- **Negative feedback:** - She said that the background did not look very good, especially on the first page - She did not like the "next" and "back" buttons - She said it was a bit simple and not fun enough --- **Learning & insights:** The app seems easy to use and very practical but we have to work on the design. --- **Decisions & actions:** We have to change the background and modify the design to make it more attractive to clients.
