# User testing of Concert Car App

## Qualitative interview
**Introduction**
*Through our "ConcertCar" app, we want to allow music enthusiasts with large vehicles to meet with musicians or music groups looking for a way to get to their venue. The music loving drivers will drive the musicians to their venue in exchange tickets for the concert or other perks.*

## Pre-testing

**Context of the meeting**: in a living room
**Duration of the meeting:** 25 min
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
You are the leader of a small music group in Lyon and you have to find a way to get to your next concert venue in Marseille.
**Observations:**
No major dificulties here, the tester says the app is quite straightforward and it is hard not to understand it

**2nd instruction:**
You are a music lover with a large van living in Lyon and you are happy to drive a musician or group of musician to Marseille, where you have friends, in exchange for a couple of tickets for a nice concert to go to with your friends.
**Observations:**
Again, no major difficulties
Tester says the app is understandable, but doesn't like the "back" buttons
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- Easy to understand and to navigate through
- As a music lover, the idea is great
- Eager to use the app if it comes out

**Duration of the meeting:** 20 min
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
You are the leader of a small music group in Lyon and you have to find a way to get to your next concert venue in Marseille.
**Observations:**
Took time to read everything, not rushing through, saying that she didn't want to miss something. Did ok and understood how it worked without any help.

You are a music lover with a large van living in Lyon and you are happy to drive a musician or group of musician to Marseille, where you have friends, in exchange for a couple of tickets for a nice concert to go to with your friends.
**Observations:**
Again, no big difficulties, showed that the app was usable

- Likes the concept and says that BlaBlaCar often lacks the social part
- App is easy to easy, impossible not to understand how it works
- Pictures and design are nice

- The name is ok
- Like the fact that one can share the type of music he likes at the end

- Social aspect is not present enough

In her living room in her appartment
**Duration of the meeting:** About 25 minutes
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction**
You are the leader of a small music group in Lyon and you have to find a way to get to your next concert venue in Marseille.
**Observations:**
She understood quickly how it worked and did not need any help to go from one step to another.

**2nd instruction:**
You are a music lover with a large van living in Lyon and you are happy to drive a musician or group of musician to Marseille, where you have friends, in exchange for a couple of tickets for a nice concert to go to with your friends.
**Observations:**
No difficulties here either, she went through the steps quickly and easily.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- She said the app was really easy to use and understandable from both sides
- She liked the concept, especially the social media part

- She said we could add profile pictures for our clients

**Negative feedback:**
- She said that the background did not look very good, especially on the first page
- She did not like the "next" and "back" buttons
- She said it was a bit simple and not fun enough

The app seems easy to use and very practical but we have to work on the design.

We have to change the background and modify the design to make it more attractive to clients.
