**What is Chainverse?**

Chainverse is a data analytics platform for evaluating the performance of on-chain entities on metrics relevant to investors.

Investors will use the Chainverse platform to make better decisions in less time.

**What problem does Chainverse solve?**

On-chain entities are hard to understand and harder to compare.
- There is no central directory of on-chain entities.
- There is no standardized framework for describing, evaluating, and comparing on-chain entities.
- Different types of on-chain entity need to be analyzed with different metrics (i.e. engagement in NFT collections is measured differently than engagement for prediction markets).

**How do I buy Chainverse?**

Customers will purchase an NFT representing their level of access (i.e. Chainverse interface v. API access) through the Chainverse interface.

The Chainverse platform will frictionlessly manage identity and access management (IAM) via metadata contained in the NFTs.

Customers will be able resell their NFTs on secondary markets; Diamond DAO will receive royalties for sales on secondary markets.

Chainverse will restrict the number of NFTs available for minting to create scarcity; i.e. MVP edition 1/25, V0 edition 1/50, V1 edition 1/200. Scarcity rewards early customers with Alpha, enabling Diamond DAO to aggressively price Chainverse.

**Does Chainverse have a token?**

No. However, Diamond DAO will maintain two tokens: (i) a token to reward community contributors, (ii) a governance token.

Contributors can stake the utility token to earn yield in governance token. The governance token will be used to guide product development and collect revenue share from Chainverse sales.
