# General Principle
## From Confucius
:::warning
- **子曰:「不憤不啟,不悱不發,舉一隅不以三隅反,則不復也。**」<br>
The Master said, "I do not open up the truth to one who is not eager to get knowledge, nor help out any one who is not anxious to explain himself. When I have presented one corner of a subject to any one, and he cannot from it learn the other three, I do not repeat my lesson."
- "**因材施教**"<br>
"Teach students according to their aptitude."
:::
### Preconditions for Members in BMW Lab.
- We only help those who **know their motivation** and **show their passion.**
- We only show you the questions, you have to **find out the answers by yourselves.**
- **Different criteria are applied to different students** since you have different expectation, skills, and performance (based on your KPI).

## Tips
### [Golden sample for Daily Report](https://hackmd.io/AQym4FBjRvyRA8sk1d8KQw#Golden-Samples-for-the-HackMD-Studying-Note)
### Simple ways to make a habit stick
- Tip #1: Start small
- Taking small steps is a really key part of making sure your new habits stick. It’s great to dream big, but you’re busy running a hotel and overstretching what you can realistically achieve is a surefire way to burn out before the challenges are over. It’s okay to start small and keep your changes microscopic.
- Tip #2: Vocalise everything you’re doing
- It’s time to be a little annoying and tell everyone about this challenge you’re embarking on. You should especially vocalise your challenge with your friends.
- Tip #3: Set SMART goals
- SMART goals are great for guiding your achievements and setting the benchmark for what you want to accomplish and by when. SMART is an acronym that stands for...

- Tip #4: Write things down
- Give your memory and willpower a boost by writing down the steps you need to take to keep your habits on track. A study published by the Association for Psychological Science found that students who wrote notes down on paper performed better in class than those who took notes using a computer. Why not clear a wall in your office or staff space and write out the steps you need to take.
