# ElizaDAO: Road to Solana Accelerate NYC
### Building a Supermind—One Circle at a Time

## A. Purpose & Timeline
- **Big Goal:** Transform our community into a “Supermind”—a collective intelligence tapping all our talents daily.
- **Key Date:** Solana Accelerate NYC (approx. 6 weeks away).
- **Focus:** Quick wins before the event, so we show real synergy and re-engage the partner group.

## B. The 4R Framework
1. **PuRpose**
- Become an unstoppable collective intelligence (“Supermind”) that accelerates us toward open AGI.
2. **Roles** (Working Circles)
- Below are 6 circles, each with suggested leads/supporters based on prior intros or known roles. These are not final—feel free to swap or volunteer!

**(a) Community, Governance & Events**
- **Goal**: Uplift the overall culture, handle minimal DAO rules, re‐energize partners, and plan major meetups or hackathons.
- **Suggested**:
- *Lead:* @Patt (catalyst vibe) w/ @vincentpaul supporting
- *Supporters:* @accelxr, anyone organizing IRL events
- **Partner Group**: Proposed reactivation steps
1) Post a re‐intro thread in the partner channel
2) Ask each partner for “skills + how I want to help”
3) Build a simple “Member Directory” (handles, skill sets)
- **Tasks**:
- Weekly “spirit check” or quick text check‐in
- Monthly AMA / Town Hall with core devs (address major updates, Q&A)
- Draft HackMD “DAO Charter” + conflict resolution guidelines
- Oversee new joiners, ensuring each one finds a circle quickly
- Plan IRL/virtual meetups (like Solana Accelerate NYC), small hackathons, or “agent showcases”
- Keep the bigger movement narrative visible (open AGI, unstoppable supermind)

**(b) Dev & Knowledge**
- **Goal**: Combine dev coordination, doc merges, and knowledge curation—bridging plugin Q&A, aggregator links, builder engagement, and official updates.
- **Tag**: @Nisita (for dev‐rel synergy, if interested)
- **Suggested**:

- *Supporters:* @Odilitime, anyone managing aggregator links or doc updates
- **Tasks**:
- Host regular plugin Q&A and summarize core dev changes
- Maintain a “Master Link” doc (HackMD or pinned) and “awesome‐eliza” resources
- Encourage builder intros/show‐and‐tells, plus monthly doc reviews or summaries
- Ensure newcomers find up‐to‐date how‐to’s and references quickly

**(c) Comms & Social**
- **Goal**: Reposting, social synergy, ensuring official accounts see high-value content.
- **Suggested**:
- *Leads:* @Avanc (great at scanning “ElizaOS” on X) and / or @hubert
- *Supporters:* @ben and @jasyn_bjorn (Typefully idea?), others with marketing interest
- **Tasks**:
- Find best tweets/posts to share weekly
- Host a pinned “content submission” thread
- Tag official account managers for possible retweets

**(d) Tokens & Funding**
- **Goal**: Design token incentives, explore fundraising pathways, and manage any treasury/resource distribution.
- **Suggested**:

- *Supporters:* Anyone experienced in DeFi, token design, or fundraising
- **Tasks**:
- Draft a basic token model (if applicable), including distribution and incentive schemes
- Explore grants, sponsors, or revenue streams to support DAO initiatives
- Develop transparent treasury guidelines for resource allocation
- Coordinate with other circles (e.g., Partnerships) if external funding or tokens tie into sponsor deals

**(e) Partnerships & Outreach**
- **Goal**: Broaden external relationships (sponsors, cross-DAO alliances) and integrate them into ElizaDAO.
- **Suggested**:
- *Lead:* who is best here?
- *Supporters:* @ben, @accelxr (mentioned in chat, quiet but might be engaged)
- **Tasks**:
- Identify relevant partner synergy
- If any sponsors want to support the “Supermind” journey, funnel them here
- Possibly coordinate with the dev circle for any plugin/collab expansions

3. **Rituals**
- **Weekly circle check-ins**: Short text or call for progress updates
- **Monthly AMA or dev talk**: highlight core accomplishments, challenges, and where the DAO can help
- **Quarterly In‐Person Meetups**: Larger gatherings or special events to strengthen bonds in real life (e.g., one could be Solana Accelerate NYC)
- Encourage positivity & recognition: Shout out wins each week

4. **Rules**
- **Soft Consensus**: Propose ideas in #dao-organization or relevant circle channel. If no major objections within ~2 days, proceed.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Ping the Community & Governance circle if you’re stuck.
- **Basic Courtesy**: High signal, no spam, minimal dev pings unless truly needed.

## C. 4–6 Week Action Plan
- **Week 1**:
- *Partner Group Re-Intro*: Post a pinned message, encourage skill + “how I want to help”
- *Directory Start*: Begin a shared doc listing name, handle, skill
- *Circle Sign-Ups*: Tag folks based on prior intros and nudge them to join
- **Week 2**:

- Everyone add skill set to directory
- Comms Circle: Start “content submission” or highlight thread
- **Week 3–4**:
- *Midpoint Check*: Each circle posts a quick progress note
- Possibly a short voice call or chat
- Nudges to devs/builders from Nesita, if available
- **Weeks 5–6**:
- *Prep for NYC*: Final sync, ID who’s going
- *Publish Charter v1*, share any circle deliverables
- IRL event details for Solana Accelerate

1. **Add your name** under a circle lead/support role
