  • Allow for a short discussion during meetings but if it goes on too long then recommend they set up a sub committee to report back next month.

  • set out a project timeline from the start. We can then use that if someone comes up with a new issue. That is, we can assess what impact it will have on our timeline and therefore have some sort of vote on "is this so important that it is worth delaying the timeline, or could this follow after as part of a version 2?"

  • max 2 interventions per member per agenda item/thread
