# Viber Business Template
Yellow.ai now supports sending campaigns on [Viber Business](https://www.viber.com/en/). These campaigns <TBA LINK TO VIBER CAMPAIGN> can be sent out using customised [templates](https://docs.yellow.ai/docs/platform_concepts/engagement/outbound/templates/overview).
Using this feature brands can engage with the customers for various **use-cases** like:
1. **Transactional Updates**: OTP, Order status, Payment remainders, feedback prompts, cart recovery
2. **Marketing and Promotion**: New product offer, seasonal promotions, brand awareness
3. **Rich media and actionable content**: Engaging templates with text, images, video, buttons etc.
In this document, you will learn how to create a Viber Business template. Follow the given steps:
> Viber Business channel must be enabled for this to work.
>Open **Channel** > **Viber Business** and Enable Viber Business. To create a new Viber Business account, reach out to yellow.ai representative.
## 1. Template repository
* Open **Engage** > **Templates**. To view only Viber Business templates, change the filter from All templates to **Viber Business** to have a look at all the existing templates. You can reuse these templates.

## 2. Create new template
1. Open **Engage** > **Templates**. Click **+Create new template**.

2. Select **Viber business**.

3. Add a template **Name** thet consists only of lowercase letters, numbers and underscores.
4. Select the **message format**.
- **Text only**: Template can contain only text.

> You can bold/italicize the words and add variables if required.
- **Media message**: Template can contain an **image**(jpg, png), **video**(.3gp, .m4v, .mov, .mp4 for video; .jpg, .jpeg, .png for thumbnail) or a **file** (Document: .doc, .docx, .rtf, .dot, .dotx, .odt, .odf, .fodt, .txt, .info |PDF: .pdf, .xps, .pdax, .eps | Spreadsheets: .xlx, .xlsx, .ods, .fods, .csv, .xlsm, .xltx).
The media file can be **uploaded from the local system** or the relevant **media URL can be pasted** in the applicable field.

- **Actionable message**: Template can be a combination of text and button.
If the media is image, a separate redirection URL can be configured. This way, upon clicking the button, the users will get redirected to the said URL.
If the media is video, upon clicking the button, the video will open up on the browser.

> Scroll down. Click **Attach media** to attach an image or a video along with the other element.

The media file can be **uploaded from the local** system or the relevant **media URL can be pasted** in the applicable field.
5. Click **Create template**.
