    # 成發 ### D1 1. 自我定位到團隊融入,團隊需要有共同目標,有目標才能共同奮鬥(J) 2. 團體大於個人,每個人都有各自的強項,應當擺在適當的位置才能發揮整體效益(M) 3. 工作態度、狀態、責任心 C=(K+S)^A 競爭力=(知識+技術)^態度 4. 吸管遊戲─莫置身事外、發現團隊中其他人的需求,並幫助需要者、需要幫助者需主動尋求幫助 5. 不規則球丟擲─有用的溝通(溝通平台)、支持團隊中的每個人、建立團隊共識 6. 撿牌─工作分配、時間控管、問題明確化(一本書 問問題) --- ### D2 1. 自我價值、工作價值,讓自己的價值運用在工作上 2. 任何的成功離不開紀律的行動 3. 要用對的方法&擺在對的位置 4. 訂定明確目標=根據自身的能力+可挑戰的空間 5. 計畫的特性─策略性、功能性、作業性─WHY?所需資源、風險評估 6. 釐清為什麼要做?要怎麼做? 7. 目標決定計畫5W2H 8. 三種增加效率的方法─增加資源(人力、時間、金錢)、減少工序、順序調整 9. 四象限法則,輕重緩急,工序,處理方法(四個象限) --- ## 對話(一) * <font color="#f00"> Hey 聽說妳上了兩天的教育訓練,如何?</font> * 聽到是教育課程原本以為很無聊,殊不知受益良多 * <font color="#f00">真假?有沒有這麼厲害!可以分享一下嗎?</font> * mmmmm分享嗎?單純分享有點難,不然我講個故事給你聽好了 * <font color="#f00">會又臭又長嗎?</font> * 妳到底要不要聽?(怒) * <font color="#f00">好啦好啦,妳說</font> --- ## 故事(一) 每個螺絲人原本都只是一個個小鐵塊,經過多年淬鍊,終於來到螺絲工廠,螺絲工廠篩選著這些鐵塊,想找到合適的再進行加工。 而一個個看似相同實而不同的螺絲人便因此而誕生,這個工廠是火箭研發的主要供應商,因此成為火箭不可獲缺的零件就成為大多數螺絲人畢生的夢想。 --- ## 對話 * <font color="#f00">等一下,那這些火箭是要去哪阿?</font> * 地球都要被搞爛了,當然要去其他星球啊,所以科學家選擇了天狼星當最後目標。這樣了解了嗎?我們可以繼續聽故事了嗎? * <font color="#f00">要要要,抱歉抱歉,我們繼續</font> --- 螺絲工廠生產出了各式各樣的螺絲人,其中有個螺絲人叫Catherina,Catherina離開工廠後來到火箭研發中心。在火箭研發中心,她看到裡面有著許許多多不一樣的螺絲人,每個螺絲人都奮力地的在尋找屬於自己的位子。 有些螺絲人雖然已經鎖在火箭上,不過因為常常搖擺,他不再是栓得緊緊地螺絲了;有些螺絲人,似乎鎖的角度不正確,因而成為火箭上那個沒有發揮功能的螺絲。而這些螺絲人每每在火箭進行發射測試時,一個個紛紛掉落或卡死,這造成測試一次又一次的失敗。 這使原本目標要前往天狼星的火箭,現在連地球表面都掙脫不了。 於是螺絲主管決定集合員工一起討論解決的方法 ─ 先把目標修正為能掙脫地表,一次次檢討內部發生甚麼問題,是不是有放錯位子的,還是有轉錯方向的,大家一起幫助拉直歪掉的螺絲,幫助拋光生鏽的螺絲,卡住的螺絲人也開始大聲的求助,也學著遵守每天都要幫自己上油打磨的紀律,讓自己可和火箭更加契合。 一遍又一遍的嘗試之後,螺絲人一個一個開始改善自己的工作方式及態度,最後每個螺絲人都互相幫助互相鼓勵,而火箭也越來愈完美了,在火箭準備發射的那天,終於成功將火箭送出地球。 --- ## 對話(二) * <font color="#f00">哦…所以團隊合作那麼重要呢…</font> * 當然,妳看如果大家再一起都發揮自己的力量,我們說不定能征服宇宙呢…Musk早就不在地球了 * <font color="#f00">那Musk應該在哪?</font> * 妳是腦袋進水了嗎?如果再繼續跟你講…我看”獵人”都完結了 * <font color="#f00">好啦好啦,對不起,不過妳都只有說到團隊合作耶,沒有其他東西了嗎? 團隊合作小學生都知道,更不用說我們都被荼毒到大學畢業了</font> * 當然不止這樣啊,還有關於管理的部分,這個部分妳應該滿需要的 * <font color="#f00">你是說時間管理達人羅老師嗎?</font> * 對對對..哀不是,我們正經點,是工作管理! * <font color="#f00">OK~知道啦,你就繼續吧</font> --- ## 故事(二) 故事來到火箭研發中心,經過一次又一次的測試,火箭發射似乎很沒有效率。因此決定試試添加多點燃料、倒數時間從三秒變一秒,以及先點燃副引擎再點燃主引擎的方式。 訂定計畫就像火箭的不同部位,策略性計畫就像火箭頭一樣決定著公司的方向,而功能性就像是火箭的各部位一樣,有著不一樣的功能,而作業性就像是火箭的引擎應該要開多大一樣 組裝一個火箭,每個零件都有它的功能,例如它的功能是耐火就應該放在火箭身上而不是放在潛水艇上。 送出地球之後,螺絲人們的士氣大增,經過不斷的調整和改良,一次又一次慢慢地挑戰更遠的星球,最後,也成功地將火箭送到了天狼星。 --- ## 對話(三)補足動畫不足處 * <font color="#f00">哇屋~好~棒~喔~~~ * 所以這個故事的重點是??</font> * 你到底有沒有在聽啊!!!螺絲人們學到了團隊互助與主動求助,並發現了問題和有效的溝通,也將不同形狀的螺絲放人在最正確的位子、互相督促,不僅凝聚了螺絲們的向心力,也讓螺絲們更加有自信,最終成功達成目標啦。 * <font color="#f00">挖聽起來好像很厲害耶,既然我當不成時間管理達人,那我要成為工作管理達人!</font> * 夠了,別丟人現眼了,我們走吧 --- 經過這幾天的相處,我們從陌生到認識,原來團隊並不只是大家聚在一起而已,是大家都要對同一個目標保有相當的熱忱和極大的昕力,未來大家一起加油一起努力,通過培訓計畫,成為獨當一面的工程師。
