**Behavior related to particular issues**

*We present you a mobile application called: "Electronic Family Planner: travel organizer". It is an application that acts as a virtual planner and a tool to search for activities according to your holiday location and the age of the children. Children of phone age can also use the application to view the schedule and recommend activities to their parents.*

Step 1: Open the following link: (https://www.figma.com/proto/whJOv4pfQeg10y1T7XdRyW/Project-1-mobile-app?node-id=53%3A3&scaling=scale-down)
This is the prototype of the application. Click on "Hello" and then on "You don't have an account? Create one! »

Q7: Parents create an account by writing an email and an email address, do you think that's good?
Yes I don't see another solutions for creating an account apart with a phone number.
Q8: By clicking on login, the parent in question can enter his or her information. Is it relevant?
Yes it is important too define the profile of the person.
Q9: If you are not a parent, do you think it's right that the child only has to enter an 8-digit code that only parents have to create the account?
It is relevant for little children but adolescent should be able to create their own accounts if the family is using the app
Q10: By clicking on create, the child in question can enter his or her information. Is it relevant?
Of course, it is important to define its profile

Step 2:By opening the application (https://www.figma.com/proto/whJOv4pfQeg10y1T7XdRyW/Project-1-mobile-app?node-id=53%3A3&scaling=scale-down) by clicking on "Hello" and then on "Next", we will borrow the 1st scenario: the one using the mother's account.
According to you,
Q11: Is the format suitable for a parent?
Yes it is quite easy to use even for parents which are not always very fond of technology
Q12: Is it easy to understand?
Yes very easy to understand
Q13: Is the schedule interface understandable?
Yes it is but maybe it would be good to have a global interface where all the activities of the week can be seen
Q14: Is the description of the locations/activities complete? It is complet but maybe it would be a good idea to be able to book directly the activity from the app.

Step 3: By opening the application (https://www.figma.com/proto/whJOv4pfQeg10y1T7XdRyW/Project-1-mobile-app?node-id=53%3A3&scaling=scale-down), clicking on "Hello" and then on "Next", we will borrow scenario 2: the one using the account of the son, James.
According to you,
Q15: Is the format suitable for a child?
Yes it looks like the netflix format which is quite efficient
Q16:Is it easy to understand?
Yes very easy
Q17: Is the interface understandable?
Yes
Q18: Do you think it's good that the child can't change the schedule?
It is because otherwise some kids would ruin their parents planning. However the fact that they can only suggest activities might generate frustration. Maybe they could add the activities on the planning as "optional" activities
Q19:Is the description of places/activities sufficient for the child?
Yes it is

**Constructive suggestions for improvement**
*Thank you very much for answering this test, it will help to improve!*
Q20: Did the test go well?
Very well
Q21: Do you think the application is a good idea?
Yes

Maybe add the possibility to book activities directly from the app

**Learning & insights:**
The app pleases also to grown ups but it can still be improved
