開放應該如何運用才會更顯價值，開放原始碼軟硬體在高等教育裡已經成為重要不可或缺的存在，在這場座談會裡以開放原始碼融入教育文化為題，邀請三位有非常豐富的業界與教學實務經驗的教授：
