Arrivals and departures planning for Sage-GAP Days 101

Cernay is at 9km distance from the nearest train station (RER B, Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse). There are some busses, but few, so we will mostly be doing car shuttles. This page is the central point of communication for the organization thereof. Please specify here when you plan to arrive / leave and by which mean of transportation. Keep an eye on the page for the planning of shuttles.

Nicolas will be in charge of shuttles most of the time: +33 6 77 90 32 79 .
Between Saturday 4pm and Sunday 2pm, Samuel will be in charge: +33 6 61 74 90 80 .

Saturday 15th

  • Nicolas: around noon with Erik, by car; will leave around 4pm
  • Samuel Lelièvre, with car
  • Andreas: from Saint-Rémy in the evening
  • Tomer: by train to Paris, then RER hoping to arrive to Saint-Rémi les Chevreuses before 16:00.
  • James: around 10pm on Saturday night

  • 10pm: James+Andreas (Samuel)

Sunday 16th

  • Nicolas (with car): around 2pm
  • Vincent D. (by bike): around 7pm
  • Nathan Carter, about 20:30 at Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse by RER
  • Florian Rabe: arrival at CDG 22:40, then RER to St. Remy
  • Isuru Fernando: RER to St. Remy 17:20
  • Alexandre Talon: if possible Monday 0:46 am, otherwise Monday morning, 10am or later leaving on Wednesday morning (other Workshop in Orsay)
  • Odile ~11 am

  • 20:30, Courcelle sur Yvette: Nathan (Nicolas)

Monday

  • Sebastian Gutsche: Around noon, RER from Paris
  • Julian: Arriving by bike from Paris, early afternoon
  • Vincent K. : 11h12 Gare montparnasse. Should be at Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse around 12h15.
  • Philip P.: Around noon ~14:00 @Location
  • Erik B. needs to be in Gif 9:30-12:30; comes back by the bus around 2pm
  • Samuel L. needs to be in Orsay, 10:00-16:00;

Tuesday

  • Balthazar (in the morning if someone can pick me up at Saint-Rémy, in the afternoon otherwise)

  • Erik B. needs to be in Gif 9:30-12:30
  • Nicolas T. needs to be in Orsay 10:00-12:00
  • Samuel L. needs to be in Orsay 12:00-18:00

Thursday

  • Nicolas T. needs to be in Orsay 14:00-16
  • Evans O.: Expected to be at Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse by train before 14:30. Transport from Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse to Cernay-la-Ville, Yvelines will be needed.

Friday

  • Erik B. needs to be in Gif 9:30-12:30

Saturday 21st

  • Evans O.: Expected to be at Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse before 11:15 to catch the train to CDG. Transport from Cernay-la-Ville, Yvelines to Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse will be needed.
  • Tomer: Needs to be in Paris Gare du Nord at 12:15. When to be at an RER B station?
