centos-8-stream and centos-9-stream nodes rebuilt nightly upstream
- we will NOT be able to pin these releases…
- Therefore our centos-8-stream pipelines should probably live on and shift to the above highlighted compose builds
  - detect latest centos-*-stream compose
  - inject repos ontop of production nodepool node
  - run standalone + standalone build containers
