vision de la cible: - interconnecte les appli avec un hub qui va coordonne les autres - va permetre de valorise la donnee - donne doit devenir outil de perf - ... - => amelioration du service - strat de l'aechi cible - architecture modulaire => entreprise plus souple, acquisition d'entrepris + simple - noeud centrale qui mutualise les autres appl - appli centratilise - les noeuds centrale s'occuperont chacun de leur truc - les noeuds sont donc organise - gouvernance des donne: - amelioration des processus client et metier grace aux donner - utiisation d'iOT - trajectoire - Prjet qui dure 36mois - different chantier organiser - Strategie de gouv: Remise a niveau de l'infra - DSI: force de proposition pour maintenir l'existant + acteur innovant - coord les SI - moderniser - plus un simple transitionnaire - pour qu'il puisse gerer la logistique de bout en bout -
