Instructions for reproducing interpreter + native arithmetic host function benchmarks with Wabt

Benchmarks were executed in a Docker container using this Dockerfile (make sure you invoke Docker with the flag --privileged=true): https://gist.github.com/jwasinger/be523f35ee4099d5f4776434c431ec91
clone and build wabt: https://github.com/ewasm/wabt/tree/scout-bignums-daquiri
copy the input data (if it exists) from the benchmark yaml configuration (e.g. https://github.com/jwasinger/groth16-verify-wasm/blob/master/tests/groth16-verify-bn.yml#L10) to a file named test_block_data.hex.
Invoke wabt from the same directory as test_block_data.hex:
- e.g. ./wabt/build/wasm-interp benchmark.wasm (benchmark.wasm is the wasm blob that calls native bigint host functinos, example: https://github.com/jwasinger/groth16-verify-wasm/blob/master/tests/groth16-verify-bn.yml#L10 )
