Q1:Are you a pet owner?
**General information related to the topic**
*Query the tester with general questions. Talk about his habits.*

In an appartment, just Capucine and one of the creator of the project.
**Duration of the meeting:** 30 minutes
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction** (this is your first scenario):
You are a pet owner and you want to go on holidays, but you are afraid of leaving your pet alone at home. Use WAMP! to find a solution.
**Observations:**
The user seemed to be happily surprised by the platform.
The user was very comfortable with the functionning of the platform, she found her way quickly to the informations she was looking for and liked the pet sitter listing.

**2nd instruction:** (this is your second scenario):
You are a pet owner and you brought your pet on holidays. Your pet seems a bit weir lately and you think it's necessary to see a doctor, but you are in a foreign country. Use WAMP to deal with that problem.
**Observations:**
The user found her way really easily in the mockup and she found a veterinarian close to her very quickly.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- The idea is good, as it may make life very easy for a pet owner, to find trusted people to take care of their pet.
- The pictures are nice.
- The instructions are very clear.

**Learning & insights:**
The user found her way in the platform easily and seemed to be very interested by the concept. But there still are some points to improve.

We added colors and a colorful logo on the front page and we made two new pages on the mockup (the list of vetenarians and pet sitter, with their little profiles and other people's opinion)

**Observations:**
The user found the design comfortable, easy to understand and got a friendly impression of it.

Something happened to your pet just before your trip. This is an emergency case. Don't worry ! WAMP! is made to answer that.

As the website provides many veterinarians, it is easy to find someone.
