  • Running APAC Calls
  • Record/Edit Audio for APAC calls.
  • Notes during APAC Call.

  • Sorted the email inbox with neat tagging for applicant emails by month.
  • Helped onboard new nouncillors with extra discussion and intro, answering any questions.

Weekly Calls

  • led a few weekly nouncil calls (Toady led most)

Nouncil Q1 Coordinape

  • helped administer Q1 Coordinape, collecting and refining work descriptions, calculating Gnosis Safe expenses, processing payments

Nouncil Community Grants

  • helped run, process payments, distribute funds (toady did a lot here)
  • helped choose what to do with and distribute surplus funds

Prop House Voting

  • Set up and ran Round 4 in Ranked Ballot, submitted results to Prop House
  • Set up and ran Round 5 in Ranked Ballot, DM'd more than 60 nouncillors private keys for secure voting, submitted results to prop house

Main contribution was designing and the nouncil.wtf website and getting it up and running. Thanks to Joel for getting the redirect set up to the Netlify instance. Currently trying to review the delegation contribution by Dot to get it merged to the Nouncil site.

Messhup - Messhup#2469

I made the nouncillor piece available to all nouncillors and ppl who feel represented by them. This piece was used to create the POAP for the founding members of Nouncil, and is usually used on every meeting as the banner of the document. (I have to say I’m really honored and grateful by that).

-Represented Nouncil on multisig. Confirmed most Nouncil multisig votes with Joel. Executed quite a few also. Compiled sentiments from Nouncil and Wrote “Reasons” for many votes.
-helped create Nouncil Proposal #1, reviewed and iterated with Joel
-Spearheaded Nouncil Grants program, created thread and google document to track, updated and researched info for google document. At end of round, processed all grant transfers with Joel.
-Facilitated solution to excess Nouncillor grant ETH (Brought for discussion as call, organized vote, created new thread and prepared new list for Joel to process and send.)
-Administered Q1 Coordinape round for retro rewards. Created google document to capture results of round, processed payments with Joel.
-Created thread for and got the ball rolling for this Q2 rewards round.
-Researched and found RankedBallot, set up an account for Nouncil and trialed its use by Nouncil for Prop Hoise voting. Administered this for every round except one during q2, which involved data entry, sending DMs to all Nouncillors for access, tallying and casing votes with multisig team.
-Administered new Nouncillor applications, which involved taking all entries from email, copying into a document for review and setting up votes in discord once a month.
-Initiated replacement process for above admin work with Brian to use Address Page solution starting Q3. Imitated discussion, vote and, when passed, organized payment with Joel.

-Managed Nouncil twitter, created creepy Nounish Uncle Joel character for recruiting / scaring folks.
-Purchased chimper for Nouncil since our wallet was WL. Was reimbursed for cost by Nouncil. Nouncil voted to hold the NFT.

Google Docs - Nouncil Record of Votes

  • Managed and record Nouncil Record of Votes doc by collecting every votes from Nouncillors.
  • Adding New Nouncillors informations every month.

Discord

  • Calculate votes on #nouncil-votes for every proposals created to liaise with the google docs.
