Below is list of product features based on heuristic assumptions. ### Product Features Digital marketing companies run different campaigns for brands. For running these campaign, digital markterers use various data point. This is a science rather than art. Assume we have to open a new digital marketing agency, Find out the gap w.r.t. each digitial marketing functions defined above. Are there more functions listed above? 1. For **each kind** of digital marketing service project defined above - what are different roles exists in a marketing team? What are required skill set to perform these roles? What are daily responsibilies of these people? What is average people cost of these roles? What is size of team? What budget they handle? 2. What kind of engagments exits between customers and digital agencies? What are different sizes of engagements in dollar value? How this cost is distributed between management(agency share) and media cost (Paid to insta/youtube etc.)? How long are these engagement? What are KRA listing for Agencies? is there any fixed and variable pay distribution for Agencies? 3. How and what kind of communication happens between customers and agencies? What is success matrix for each of project above? How deliverable tracking and key stakeholders around campaigns happens? 4. Create detail report on how digital marketing services happening currently. For **each of** the services above - How agencies break a project into tasks, map these tasks to roles defined above. what are steps to execute of these tasks, how they measure the success/faliure of each tasks, What are step of donness. Where iteration exists between tasks? 6. Assume each of above tasks will be executed by ai agents - Create matrix in term of impact on cost saving, better ROI and ease of implementation 7. Identify what we can automate and what we cannot for above services 8. Identify where *human in loop* is must have in each of function above. 9. What are different tools does digital marketing professionsl uses. Create a list of tools along with their cost. 10. Define priorities. Which agents should we build first and what at later stage? 11. What are must have and good to have features? Document all the finding. Define product requirement documents for each function- it is important to understand, how these functions work **as is**.
