內容：NGS為次世代定序(Next Generation Sequencing)，是目前最廣泛使用的基因比對方式，應用於以血液檢測胎兒是否有唐氏症、病患是否有癌症；隨著算法的更新，會以不同方式加速，筆者會介紹幾個近年的加速方式。
