# Proposed Communications Plan for Datum x OSM-PH

## Target Audience & Circulation
Please describe target audiences and publications (Do we want a chance of having this reported/posted by news sites?). Be as specific as possible.
* Audience: Community organizations and individuals looking for oppurtunties to use community mapping technologies in their respective community projects.
* Audience: Members of grants and proposals Facebook groups
* Circulation: Updates and project timeline shared/announced on mailing lists and Telegram
* Circulation: Shared by do-good and citizen report publications (eg. FYT, MovePH, etc)

## Visual Branding
**Logos:** Please provide PNG logos of DATUM and OSM-PH. I need versions that look better on dark backgrounds (change text from black to white).
**Posters:** Announcement posters will be made using Canva. Settings below:
* **Orientation:** Preferably square so it looks okay across all social media, but please feel free to formalize a request for banner/IG story versions (for pages, cover photos, etc). Just comment here or tag me on Telegram.
* **Heading:** League Spartan (size 48, letter spacing 30, line spacing 1.2)
* **Subhead:**(size 18, letter spacing 0, line spacing 1.2)
* **Body:** Montserrat Classic (size 18, letter spacing 0, line spacing 1.2)
* **Color palette:** main 1 #FFFFFF (white), main 2 #283731 (dark green)

Can we simplify the content calendar? I would avoid too much effort from us. We probably need, 1 major announcement and a few posts thereafter. Then announcement for the first project, then invite to send more proposals.The proposal submission will be ongoing until we use up all the total area commited. @maning
