Original Equation

\[ x + (1 - C(t)) \times (1 - x) \geq 0.4 \]

Expanding the Equation:
\[ (1−C(t))×(1−x) = 1 - x - C(t) + C(t) \times x \]

Substitute:
\[ x + (1 - x - C(t) + C(t) \times x) \geq 0.4 \]

This simplifies to:
\[ 1 - C(t) + C(t) \times x \geq 0.4 \]

Factoring out \(C(t)\):
\[ 1 - C(t) \times (1 - x) \geq 0.4 \]

Solving for \(C(t)\)

Subtracting \(0.4\) from both sides:
\[ 1 - 0.4 \geq C(t) \times (1 - x) \]

Simplifying:
\[ 0.4 \geq C(t) \times (1 - x) \]

Finally, solving for \(C(t)\):
\[ C(t) \leq \frac{0.6}{1 - x} \]
