    # Activities for Mirzapur # Humaari Kahaaniya `humaari pehechan` `humaare sapne` `hamaara gameplan` ## Introduction to garima girls Continuing with today's session of storytelling, we can take it forward with the stories of the village. We want the girls to have a discussion amongst them and we'll just gently push them towards the future of their village. We ask the girls to describe their village to us (farms, animals, daily routine, rivers, ponds, talaab, factories, bhatta...). We can ask them to also take pictures of the village and send them to us Then we can have a guided discussion of how do they imagine the future (ideal) of their village with all the girls contributing in. The prompts we can keep in mind about the different scenarios: political, social, cultural, environmental, economical, heirarchies, open spaces etc (according to how the discussion is going forward). This could point to their collective aspirations: humare sapne. And the photos can be used in 'inshot' to have them tell stories around future of their village in the next activity. ### Phase 1 Storytelling as marketing means using a narrative to communicate a message. Aim: To introduce different techniques of storytelling `Resource: Phone, Inshot` Icebreaker Game: each person makes or contributes a sentence to the story turn by turn. 1. Take 1 photo, add a audio narration to the background 2. Click 5 photos: make a video to tell a story Put a popular song as background change duration of photos add stickers add text add effects 3. Groups of 3- Take 5 video clips - add an audio narration and arrange the clips in Inshot try using different types of shots (close up medium shot long shot extreme long shot pan whip pan zoom) (Additional) give a theme: Tell a story of a object you made ### Phase 2 How this story of the object can also be done as a product video.
