# WIP Wednesday (aiming for 30+ people weekly, in 2 weeks)
WIP Wednesday, followed by forum threads for any async help we might connect
*Inviting: current fellows (high agency)*
Success measure: % of returning participants
First phase: 10-15 people balanced on gender, techiness and depth of skill
Getting there through individual catching up and calibrating. Inviting people directly to serve the calibrated needs of individual fellows
### Level Up Threshold - definition of done, when we start the next layer
Second phase: 30+ people, one room per skill (code, writing, edu, etc.), running well and 50% are "regulars"
Getting there through broader invites of people who'd benefit from the existing crowd we bootstrapped in phase 1
