#### Acceptance Criteria
- DAO Members and Contributors have reputation scores [or token balances] that are publicly visible
- [Summoners] can set various parameters when creating the system, including:
- Reputation thresholds that correspond to earning new authorities
- Contributor -> DAO Member (voting power)
- Visibility of task list (0 for public)
- Proposal & second stake amount
- Proposal seconding window length (before cancellation)
- Proposal voting window length
- Proposal grace period length
- [Whether or not Pricing is its own step or included in proposal step]
- Task commitment reputation stake %
- Automatic Auction Curve
- Starting Reputation for Contributors
- [Optimistic or formal task evaluation]
- Evaluation window length
- Evaluation grace period length
- Quorum %
- Members can ragequit at any time

#### 1 - Propose
- Members can make proposals for new items to add to the task list in the format:
- I think the DAO wants [goal or task]
- one time, n times, n times per [frequency], or unlimited times
- Members can "second" proposals (i.e. sponsor) before they are put to a vote
- Members can be penalized for proposals that don't pass (i.e. staking)

#### 2 - Decide
- Members can discuss the proposal during (or before?) the voting period (i.e. comments / discussion forum - should be directly linked)
- Members can vote on proposals that have been made + seconded, within the Proposal voting window
- Members can ragequit after a proposal vote, before the proposal is enacted (i.e. during the Proposal grace period)

#### 3 - Price
- Members can propose starting bounty prices for passed proposals
- According to the Automatic Auction Curve parameter set in the summoning contract, the bounty for the goal or task increases automatically, the longer that the task remains outstanding (i.e. price discovery for bounties, upward pressure)
- [Contributors can bid to commit to a task for a lower price? (downward pressure)]

#### 4 - Commit
- Contributors can see all active tasks on the Task List
- Contributors can commit to the completion of a task by a certain date for a certain price by staking reputation on that task relative to the price (Task commitment reputation stake %)
- Contributors all start with an initial non-zero reputation, such that they can stake up to that amount on their first task

#### 5 - Execute
- Contributors can execute tasks in the way they see fit

#### 6 - Evaluate
- Contributors can self-report the completion of the task before the committed date
- In Optimistic evaluation, Evaluation votes pass as long as there are no votes against during the Evaluation window
- [In Formal evaluation, Evaluation votes must pass and reach Quorum (I think we want to avoid votes as much as possible)]
- If the Evaluation vote passes, the Contributor has their stake returned and is rewarded with the Price they committed to
- If a task is not completed by the committed date, the Contributor's reputation stake is slashed
- If the Evaluation vote fails, the Contributor's reputation stake is slashed

- If the Evaluation vote fails, the task returns to the Deciding stage
- Members can ragequit after an Evaluation vote, before the reward or slash is enacted (i.e. during the Evaluation grace period)
