The topic I want to talk about is a character in the cartoon serial "my little pony, friendship is magic", her name is starlight glimmer.

# About the company creating the cartoon
My little pony is a toy line and media franchise mainly targeting girls,developed by American toy company Hasbro. Hasbro has several brands of toys, and they usually made cartoon shows based on their toy for selling products.

# About the cartoon
The story takes place in a world filled with many colorful pony. Our main character, twilight sparkle is a unicorn who like reading book and studying but doesn't want to have any social interaction with others, until she meets five of her best friends in the life.

The show describes the dialy life of those six pony. It puts importance on the interaction between friends and twiilight sparkle's growing on sociality. Every episode has its main opinion about friedship, telling us how to resolve the problem when we have conflict with friends. The show conveys many postive ideas about friendship to audience.

# About starlight glimmer

Starlight glimmer debut at the season 5. She is a founder and leader of a mysterious village. She has the philosophy that "true friendship" comes from being equal. Its equal means that everyone shoud has no more or less talented than another, having special talents of any kind only leads to disharmony.

In order to achieve her so called "equal", she takes away every resident's cutie mark and replace it with a equal sign, depriving their talent, forcing them live samely. She continually tells every residents that she brings real friendship to them, without her help, they won't have harmony society.

When I was watching this plot, I don't konw why ,I can't help relating starlight glimmer to ...

Alough there still has some story can say, but I don't want to expand. Anyway, in the end, starlight glimmer was influenced by twilight sparkle. She admit that all she had done in the village was wrong and become twilght sparkle's student, learing friendship with her.

# The viewpoints of people support her and people oppose her

Starlight glimmer has been remain a largely polarizing figure within the pony fandom.Some love her, some think she's the worst thing to ever happen to the show.

# Viewponits of opposer
* Because the plot for starlight glimmer reduce others core ponies' time of showing up.
* Alought starlight glimmer has great talent in magic, many people can't still accept that her magic can parallel with twilight sparkle who is a alicorn.
* You may wander what kind of miserable childhood led her to take such a crazy plan, enslaving and brainwashing all village of pony. When you realize, you may just say what the .... You can watch the cartoon by yourself.

# Viewpoints of supporter
* Starlight glimmer isn't as well-bahaved as twilight sparkle. She always abuse er magic to solve problem. But everytime when she use her magic to solve problem, she make the situation more worse. This create many funny scene.

* It means that she won't be limited by the ideology that rule what should be "the good side" can do or can not do. Because of this feature, she can take more unexpected actions that regular character won't do to achieve her goal, or even save the day. Many people really like there has this type of character in a show. Deadpool is a example.

# My opinion about the issue
I definitely support. Because she is my favorite pony in the show. Or it can say she is my favorite character in the world. Don't you think she is very cute ?
