* Nebari 2025.3.1 release, for all the PRs included check our release milestone for tracking the release progress and status (see). Overall the changes include:
* [CLI/UX] A fix for a CLI bug with incorrect log colors displayed in the terminal during deployment;
* [Security] allow customization of AWS public access CIDRs within EKS
* [JhubApps/UX] Fixed a bug with the number of environments showed up to users during dropdown selection, now only envs whom the user has access to will appear
* [ENH] New version of Kubespawner, besides other improvements allow fancier profile theme options
* [ENH] Add option to customize keycloak Themes

* (Adam) A CI build is broken, would like to include a fix in the next release

* Keycloak Roles & Permissions:
* What should be the default permission for new conda-store namespaces?
* Right now, users included in the associated keycloak group only receive read access, should this be moved to write by default?
