# 20200325 Meeting Minutes

* Initiate tech discussion
* Will complete a draft of 4-6 pages by Friday

* The current proposed schedule is based on the R&D team's schedule. For other teams, you may share your schedule as well
* The Android version App has priority over iOS version, but since we use a Cross-platform Hybrid framework for development, the release schedule of iOS version could be close to the Android version in the best case
* The current team up status will be put on the HackMD for better collaboration and communication. Please feel free to join any team to participate in the tasks
* Development Team Updates
* Open to the possibility of the Friend Matching feature in the future
* Will work on some technical tests to ensure the functionality of device sensors. Location sharing will need some more discussion
* Minimal UI design in the first stage. Could improve the UI later
* UX: need to discuss the interview result
* Question: are the interview participants willing to have local-only location data collection which will only be shared if the user is fully informed consent?

1. The willingness to take health precautions is affected by whether the people around is taking precautions
2. Not comfortable if the precise location is recorded (vague location, e.g. by district, is ok)
3. Being accompanied by other people when under quarantine or self-health monitoring is helpful
4. It will be good if one can share their life in a private social network. One may not want to share it in their public social network account or where their real identiy could be linked to their posts

* Will interview with CDC on Thursday to have a better understanding of self-health monitoring and health precautions that could be took

* People are willing to have the location data stored on local and share it if CDC needs it, but they can't think of a case when they will want to share the location to anybody else
