I also had to co-teach/co-design modules and module parts with other lecturers. - b. suspicion from disciplinary teachers (both from STEM and Humanities); ownership over material and feeling of competition; is it a problem at all to feel ownership over material if it is research-based?; lack of platforms to communicate, lack of knowledge about other faculties; institutional politics; different scales of details. - c. Just be human - kind, informal, making connections over a beer -> my experience so far showed that in a friendly environment co-teaching and co-design worked uncomparably better than in a rigid, professional setting. - d. I started to actively reach out to people teaching similar things, and request their opinion and guidance on my own material.
