D -> Launch -> Data + 新創公司的做法 + Idea -> data ### 產品衝刺計畫 - 從思考使用者需求、設計原型到解決問題 + 2010 年由美國設計師 Jake Knapp 在 google 任職時所發現。 ### 什麼是服務衝刺計畫(Service Design Sprint)? + 藉由此項流程,可以降低組織在發展創新計畫時的風險,同時協助企業發現真實問題所在及理解客戶真正需求。 + 服務衝刺計畫是 2012 年由巴西設計師 Tenny Pinheiro 所開發。 + 服務衝刺計畫適合運用在新計畫準備開始前,不論是何種產業或是商業型態(B2B, B2C)。以及政府機關所遇到的難題,都有可能... ### 執行案例 + 自家服務簡介 + 電信業 + 目的:改善該公司設計中心部門與業務部門間的溝通問題。 + 背景:因部門間並不了解彼此的工作內容而產生跨部門合作與溝通上的困難。目標讓公司業務部門了解設計部門的重要性,理解設計部門並非只負責單純的介面設計,而是整個服務品的設計,進而處近彼此間的合作橋樑。 + 成果:為期4天的設計衝刺工作坊,我們分別從服務設計以及業務部門選出共12名參加者,同時請參加者個別訪問公司 + 內容:改善部門間的溝通問題策略工作坊(Human problem? Solution is also human.) + 期間:4 天 + 金融業 (Sony Bank) + 目的:針對外幣兌換產品,改善網頁介面設計,以提升使用者體驗。 + 背景:在使用外幣兌換服務時,申請人需同意自行承擔各項有關外匯兌換限制及損失等風險,但由於該項步驟介面操作不易,導致許多使用者在申請時意外跳過此項步驟,或是登錄錯誤訊息,因而損失許多潛在客戶。為此,該機關期望能站在使用者視角在短時間內找出改善方法,提升顧客滿意度。 + 成果:使用設計衝刺流程,針對現行服務執行易用性測試,最後建立2項改善方案,目前正在開發中。 + 內容:改善網站介面以提升使用者體驗。 + + 期間:2天 + Dentsu Tec + 挑戰:在為客戶假服務設計網站同時,我們發現對客戶本身對於其服務概念, + 背景: + 成果:我們在工作坊中協助客戶完成「行銷策略圖」,以定義服務的核心架構(本質與概念)。這個概念後來也成為... + 內容:在新服務的行銷策略上達成共識。 + 期間:2 天各 4 小時 + 電信資訊業 (NTT, a very mass company in Japan) + 內容:設計衝刺引導師企業內訓工作坊。 + 期間:3 天各 5 個小時的引導師培訓。 + 科技業 (不能講的公司) + 目的:提供該公司客製化衝刺計畫講座暨工作坊,全程 3 天各 6 小時,除了教授衝刺計畫手法之外,也協助培訓可領導衝刺計畫的人才。 + 背景:以「如何開發與新冠肺炎共存的新服務或產品?」作為衝刺計畫主題, 15 位 UI/UX 設計師分成 3 組,在全程線上的狀態下我們穿插講座與實際需要動手操作的構想的環節。 + 成果:課程中包含服務衝刺計畫中的使用者訪談,繪製簡易的旅程地圖等多樣設計工具的執行技巧與方法。最後我們頒發了結業證書以及客製化衝刺計畫課程手冊便於參加者運用。 # Workshop + 精品品牌 + 目的:期望能將設計思考概念用於商業模式創新 + 成果:除了提供設計思考概念講座,我們也協助該品牌針對既有狀況改善 + 日本地區醫院(案例) # 現場連線問答 ## 如何促進團隊合作(?) - 一起工作的同事,卻互相不熟悉? - 找出共同目標? ## 如何說服客戶導入服務設計 Workshop? - 參與客戶的工作一段時間 ## Remote design sprint 的挑戰是什麼? - ? - 參與人數 ## While building the Persona 怎樣算足夠了? - 要問多少問題才夠?要問什麼樣子的問題? ###### tags: `MOPCON 2020`
