## Motto: Works for me

> The motto of this year’s congress is “Works for Me” — meant ironically. The idea is to get you to think: does a system (computer or otherwise) that only works for some people really work? Is “works for me” good enough? Or should we be trying to make what we make work for everyone? It’s at least a good question to bring with you throughout the next year.

### Tor Relays Operators Meetup

- Advanced technologies can bring about social change for good, but also disruption, before widespread adoption, we need to educate people (in a traditional way) about it, instead of denying traditional social values that you thought shouldn't exist.
- 在歐洲和美國，Tor relay/exit operators 很多，但他們不是硬幹在 VPS 服務裡面直接開 exit node ，而是鼓勵在建 exit node 之前先和服務供應商溝通，並且有眾多的非營利組織，在警察找上門的時候，會設法教育執法機關關於 Tor 。
