- Dinesh: Aspi enterprise support system
- Bhanu Prakash, [16-May-22 9:51 PM] For small and medium businesses above 5 ppl across any sector, or a aggregations assessment of current digital practices and based on that recommendation Erpnext for enterprise resource management like inventory, communications, ecommerce, hr, and so on. Analytics tool and dashboard to see linkages. And outreach and communications tools like chatwoot that integrate with the crm system like gramvani / a voice based tool for end users or customers I case of trif kinda survey use cases. Papad will be in the stack, in case there is need for pulling relevant media files from this pipelines for annotating and sharing fragments. Then comes the csc kinda entities, or any other ngo orgs that wants to do couple if training capacity building workshops to see if people locally wants to setup sass services, and enterprises. In all of the above we need to setup few pilots and test. In terms of business needs features are covered but we yet to discover user needs. That's the research component. For which we shud do Discovery workshops, just like what we r doing for papad. After reading the contract, I was mulling over this..
- Dinesh tb, [16-May-22 10:09 PM] now it makes sense that Kanika and DA team insist that we go visit ppl on the ground. Guess we were thrown off a bit by garima girls and udyame kiosks. listening to entrepreneurs and "arriving" at this Aspi-ESP (enterprise support process) is a decent proposition.
- Bhanu Prakash, [16-May-22 10:19 PM] Thanks, and out of these field explorations we shud get some business process documents that could help a engineering team to configure available services, and it may include integrations and such sector wise or in any other grouping we find on ground.
