**What is the idea?**

* We used to use libraries and books, but then we looked to the internet but now its less accessible and siloed.
* We are creating more data but no access to that data
* Archaic revival - looking into the past to see what we can revive

* Internet - Blockchain - Graph: Micro events that allow a seamless user experience.
* NeoAlexandria is a foundation or blueprint for creating censorship resistance publications and knowledge repositories.
* Data should be fluid and ever changing.
* It should bring people together under the banner of making it open source and accessible

* You create a bounty to write this book or publication (X & Y)
* Graph, front end coordinator, backend to upload, contracts, subgraph, UI
* People don’t understand the abilities and limitations of blockchain, but you can push them without costing money

* Putting all publically created data feeds onto the blockchain for indexing
* Data Guild (coalition of data producers in the area) - Use a Standard deviation from the mean to identify integrity of data

* There is no platform of all publically created data on the blockchain
