- [Leigh] KubeCon EU hands-on workshops had 5 topics, 2 of which featured kapp-controller via Tanzu Community Edition Packages, and an intro to the Carvel tools. The workshops were available physically and virtually. 40% of the workshops sessions were for TCE Packages, 20% for kpack, 15% for app-toolkit, and 10% were for Carvel tools. We will be improving these workshops, running them at [SpringOne Tour](https://tanzu.vmware.com/developer/springone-tour/), and deploying them to the [Tanzu Developer Center](https://tanzu.vmware.com/developer/workshops). The workshops are temporarily [hosted here](https://tanzu.vmware.com/developer/kubecon/).

- This fixes logging in unmanaged cluster such that certain log messages are increased for visibility and others are suppressed to reduce noise. This was needed in order to surface problems for debugging in Docker Desktop Extension.

- TCE is an easily accessible common first step to Tanzu’s many possible journeys. A starting point providing a pattern language to navigate all of Tanzu OSS.

* [KL] Installing Tanzu CLI vs TCE
* The docs - we talk about installing TCE and in some places talk about installing Tanzu CLI. In my opinion, I don't think of installing TCE, I think of installing Tanzu CLI to get started. I want to be consistent on what we are talking about, and consistent in the docs.
* [Josh Rosso] - It's a tech debt we are currently surfacing right now. The problem with the install flow today is that there are linker flags used that are a build time concept that tell the CLI and accompany binaries at times whether it's running in a TCE mode or different version mode. You are installing Tanzu CLI that is compiled for usage in TCE. We do want to get away from this in which it's just a model of installing just Tanzu instead.
* [Shimon] - We did do some work that should be coming out with this release that does take this addition information out of the binary and puts it into the configuration file. The installation process will set the configuration file to indicate what context your running that binary in and therefore tweeks to how it behaves and what kind of messages it puts up.
