Constitution 5.0 is modular, so we could try adopting article 1. - Spencer says try adopting a couple things and go in an incremental fashion. - BoilerRat says do a workshop on what the meeting structure would be. Tactical meeting format. - Moving on to number 3 - Warcamp meeting agenda & slides coordination. - Item 4: Membership proposal - - Modify it, Ratify it as is, or reject it. - - Concerning new member ratification. Main difference is that HAUS tribute needs to be earned through contributions, rather than being bought. - - Tipped HAUS would need to be moved out of discord. - - Integrated concern of Annn3's to give a 60 day checkin aspect. - DAO roles & staking - Diversity relating to backgrounds, identity & perspectives. - Suspect if we continue bringing in Raidguild folks they'll continue to be mid-20s white guys. - Raidguild has their own challenges in that area. If we rely on that funnel we assume those challenges ourselves. - If we have our own funnel, we have more control at the group level who we bring in. - Annn3 brought up the question of how we could make the culture more inviting. - Spencer says he had the assumption that inviting more diversity would make the culture more inviting. - Retention related - work it from both sides so that people stay without extra costs onboarding people who leave. - The permissioned nature of DAOHaus could prevent people in certain backgrounds from accessing it. Also a security issue so how do you find a balance between the two. - Key tension w/DAOs period. More challenging ina permissionless environment to move together toward a common objective when there's lots of noise from it being permissionless. - Spencer believes this set of concerns needs a Champion. He's in a position to support and advocate for it, but not in a position to lead the effort. - Annn3 and Spencer will check in about this through the week. -
