# 2. Who we are

On weekdays, we have our daily call with different repeating topics, most of them are recorded and found here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCb8ZjuuGhd062bGBWx5ce8A

Look at some. The community call is special in the regard that it's made for the community, the others are more focused on our daily bus sines. Monday's call is where new people can introduce themselves.

# 3. Crypto?

We are an elite organization in the way that we work. We are at the forefront of decentralization as an organization and on technology level. (Ethereum/Blockchain = Crypto)

It will be very difficult to work with us if you don't have basic knowledge about crypto and what's going on in this space. 

Even if you are a non-tech person you should have basic knowledge about this and what's going on in the crypto scene.

This does not mean that you can't be a worker, if you have no clue about crypto, but chances are low that you understand what we are going to do and what this is all about.

# 4. Add Value

In a way is your task to find a spot, and you only find a spot if you can identify what missing in the DXdao.

This takes time, but you can solve this by communicating with us over all the channel we provide.

This also is the time to see for yourself if you think you can work in such an organization.

Job descriptions are a hint what we miss and if you think you perfect fit in one you should communicate this to us and tell us why you think you are the right one for this task.

# 5. Send more info about yourself

Please send us some me more info what you have done in the past stack overflow profile, projects you are proud of, github, twitter, Linked-in, whatever you feel comfortable to share. 

This helps us to check your credibility, you can be anonymous, but we need this stuff because people try to scam us.

# 6. What we expect if we agree on a trial

If you find a spot it will be easy to set up a trial for you.

During the 2 weeks trial, we expect to tell us in advance what are your working times and, if you work on code, to commit daily. This is because we value transparency high and need a way to judge your experience level.

To be a worker for DXdao, it's not only needed that you are self-driven, but your working style and collaboration has great influence on the performance of your team.

The trial can be part-time, but should at least 40h be of work in total. The trial can be delivered in more than 2 weeks, if there is a good reason for this.

# 7. We schedule a call

Somebody from our side will make a call with you. We expect to show your face in that call because we do it too. The purpose of this call is to find out, if you are a possible fit and which kind of work you want to do. You will be able to ask your questions.

# 8. We help you 

We help you to put up your 2 weeks trial proposal on daotalk, if we did find a task, on which you are going to work for us.
