1. Token Vesting for NTXT needs to come on-chain Q4 2023
2. Preexisting relationship with NEAR, Solana
3. Liquidity and any other distribution concerns are 2ndary to the timeline

5. This applies to adjacent tooling as well (investor dashboards, )

### Lunch Starter: Obvious candidates TLDR

ETH Ecosystem:
- Enough Tooling to solve our pressing needs (if I understood them right) in one month. See Appendix A
- Tooling for community and solid vesting is most mature in EVM ecosystem.
- Launching token on anywhere in EVM-land and the migrating is not a big deal (even for grants from L1s)
- Strong support for leading L2s -

Solana Ecosystem:
- Solana chain halts will be "unexpected expected"
- Generally: very active development of tooling by community, every week new projects spring up
- Generally highly visible
- Ready-to-use token launch infrastructure
- Strong integrations into all other ecosystems

Polkadot Ecosystem:
- Polkadot is Layer 0! Token launch only on another parachain that has a VM
- Which means i.e. launching on Moonbeam (EVM parachain with strong interoperability) to avoid locking funds forever to operate a parachain
- Benefiting from exposure to both DOT and ETH ecosystems
- Requires forking Solidity projects from ETH L1 to work

Polkadot Ecosystem cont'd:
- TLDR: More work than necessary, so-so visibility, unclear tooling for community to check the pulse of their token
- Few integrations with web3 SDK Platforms (e.g. Alchemy or Moralis)

NEAR Ecosystem:
- NEAR has Aurora: full EVM, anything from EVM-land can be forked and launched there, but still uses ETH as base currency
- great technical team, average cutting-edgeness, NEAR onboarding was a pain 2 years ago, supposedly better now, WEAK community tooling around tokens
- TLDR: functional utility of NTXT at least a year away -> liq. events possible in meantime -> be where attention, DevEx and even then will not require high throughput -> not the best place for "just token"

- Dfinity/ICP: strong dev ecosystem and excellent technology (escape the trilemma), global reach, capitalization, hype clock, interoperability
- ZK-L2s: really

- Integration with Ecosystem: where best?
- Liquidity / Hypeability (hence no Cosmos/Cardano for now)
- Scalability not a factor until we know how much of our proof computations will have an on-chain component (this is were a highly scientific/technical L1 team could come in handy)[ICP,(NEAR),(SOL),]
- Community Support/Acceptance (elaborate)
