* 贊助需要定下具體的理由與贊助商攻防 * 範例 * [企業票歷史定價考量](https://discordapp.com/channels/752904426057892052/752906199715807293/847819427646013521) * [name=tai] ``` tai271828 — 05/28/2021 修改的提案 當年應該是 @marr 的想法 我沒記錯的話,是為了開始試著與企業建立長期合作關係、讓企業成為穩定的財務基礎 ``` * [name=rock] ``` ROCK — 05/28/2021 我印象中還有這個原因:歷年不少企業有團體報名的需求,企業本就應該撥出一些預算在員工培訓(餐與 PyConTW)上,所以產生了這個企業票。 ``` * [OCF 開發票行政成本考量](https://discordapp.com/channels/752904426057892052/752906199715807293/847843242996531271) * [name=tai] ``` tai271828 — 05/28/2021 我沒參與這波票務定價,但我試著回答看看 @pinchun 想聽到的東西: 1. 我猜 @yucheng @Wei Lee 現在的定價應該是單純只用「過去和其他 conf 慣例」做線性比例調整,沒有太多實務上的 why and how 考量(所以育承才補充「要試算各組成本變化進一步定價」) 2. @pinchun 想聽的東西(我掰一個理由你聽聽看):每張票過手統編的服務,都是由與我們合作的 OCF 專員 @ROCK 經手處理。一張票無論是實體與線上, @ROCK 需要付出的行政成本都是一樣的,假設叫做 N twd。而 @ROCK 是 OCF 敘薪的全職雇員,N 其實可以根據 Rock 為了 pycontw 分掉多少時間與精力多少評估出來(總召和 Rock 商量一下應該會多少有概念 )。 所以假設 N 是 500,原本票價 5500 = N + 4700 (大會成本) +300 (盈餘) 那新的價格就可以是 900 = N + 200 (大會成本,扣掉場地等) + 200(盈餘) 大概是這樣,我猜 @pinchun 想要知道 N 是什麼。 這資訊對贊助滿重要的 肯定會被問;我覺得實務上不用去猜對方覺得貴或是便宜,就老實按照成本試算就好,畢竟我們是非營利 不會透支就好 ``` * [name=wei] [name=pinchun] ``` Wei Lee — 05/28/2021 我好像還是沒跟上贊助商跟票價的直接關係,但我想繼續 follow up 幾個問題~ 1. 以往票務定價的問題,贊助商是如何問,我們是如何回答? -> 為什麼倍率 1.57 是合理的? 2. 2020 搬到台南,贊助商有問票務定價為什麼還是一樣嘛?如果有,我們是如何答? pinchun — 05/28/2021 我試著來回答一些關於企業票的問題好了 >> 如果備率提升,好像對贊助商來說,是一張贈票的價值變多了 我不覺得贊助商會這樣想,比較常見的 case 是贊助商需要加購票,然後來challenge說為什麼這麼貴 >> 以往票務定價的問題,贊助商是如何問,我們是如何回答? -> 為什麼倍率 1.57 是合理的? 我們沒有去解釋為什麼是 1.57 這個數字,但我們有去解釋價差。 以往解釋價差(企業票比較貴)的原因通常適用 (i) 提供打統編的服務 (ii) 這個票是額外保留名額不需要和一般會眾搶票 >> 2020 搬到台南,贊助商有問票務定價為什麼還是一樣嘛?如果有,我們是如何答? 基本上我沒有收到這個問題,不過原因我 ”猜“ 是因為其他票種也沒有變便宜,沒有什麼特別的道理企業票要變便宜。組內那時候有稍微提到過「為什麼今年的票價跟在台北一樣」這個議題,那時候統一對外的說法是場地有變便宜,但志工的住宿跟交通費用提高,所以大會籌備的成本沒有太大的降低。 >> 實務上在贊助package裡面的企業票會怎麼被使用 除了剛剛提到的如果贊助商需要的企業票 > package 的企業票,他們會加購,但反過來的時候,有些贊助商會要求交換其他的回饋項目。這個時候這個企業票的票價就會決定他可以換算成多少價值以及多少等價的回饋項目。贊助組內部有 maintain 一份每個回饋項目的「單價」。假設一篇貼文單價是 6, 000 那他可能就需要拿 6張企業票來換(按照現在的定價)。 Wei Lee — 05/28/2021 如果以往是「 (i) 提供打統編的服務 (ii) 這個票是額外保留名額不需要和一般會眾搶票」,那就更沒道理是用倍率了,而應該是實際價差 1. 打統編並沒有因為改線上而減少 2. 這個票的名額還是額外的 因此甚至要賣到 2,300 好像比較合理?
