What we do

Raid Guild is a decentralized collective of mercenaries out to slay web3 demons.

We prioritize shipping, produce high quality work we are proud of, abide by the Golden rule: stay accountable & respect the Guild.

At a base level, we're freelancers for hire, but we're beginning to make our own products:

How we work
The Guild helps freelancers source clients in the Web3 space through our network.

A Raid is a project / collection of work that members perform for a client or the DAO, in return we get a paid a bounty for our efforts.
10% from client work is paid to the Treasury as Spoils

Raid Guild Improvement Proposals, or“RIPs”, are an invaluable piece to ensuring that Raid Guild operates at its fullest capacity 24/7. RIPs are generally focused on Guild internal operations, but in some cases, RIPs have manifested in the Guild building open-source tools for the wider web3 ecosystem.
