#### Ticketing

After back and forth on this and no one screaming about charging 30EU, I setup pretix -- where we CAN collect ETH with a "manual" payment plugin.

#### Open Collective for Collecting Sponsor Fiat and Expenses

We can use Open Collective to accept fiat sponsorship funds -- I have setup a sample here: https://opencollective.com/ethmagicians-eu/events/council-of-paris-2019-27245ev

Otherwise, I know that Tomo said that he has an NGO in Europe already that could be used. I am volunteering to help with accounting and invoicing as I mentioned.
