Zoglu est une PME spécialisée dans le traitement des déchets par enfouissement. Elle a été fondée il y à 20 ans par monsieur Zoglu. Le siège social de l’entreprise est situé à Paris, 23 ter rue de Rivoli. Zoglu souhaite se repositionner en tant que leader sur le marché.

Le présent document vise à expliciter et à présenter le projet de refonte des réseaux et télécom de l’entreprise Zoglu. Ce projet à une portée globale et concerne l’intégralité des différents sites de Zoglu. Ce projet est placé sous la gouvernance de Madame Labosse, président directeur général de Zoglu.

Suite à une analyse et un audit des infrastructures réseaux et télécom de Zoglu, il a été noté que cette infrastructure est dans un état d’obsolescence avancé. Les retards et lacunes observées sont absolument incompatibles avec les ambitions de Zoglu de se repositionner sur le marché.

Nous proposons donc de procéder à la refonte total de cette infrastructure. Pour cela, nous allons mettre en place les dernières technologies (Ethernet, Wifi, …), normalisées et compatible avec l’ensemble des appareils informatiques (PC, smartphones, …). Un changement intégrale des composants de l’infrastructure va être opéré. Que ce soit les routeurs ou l’ensemble des câblages.

Cette refonte doit permettre à Zoglu d’atteindre ses objectif et de posséder une infrastructure réseaux et télécom en adéquation avec ses ambitions.\\

The realisation of a complete analyse and an audit of the network and telecominication infrastructure reveal an advance state of obsolescence.
The observed deficit is way too important to be able to handle the objectif of became the new market leader.

Our propoal is to redesing the whole infrastructure. In order to achive this renewing we are goign to perform a missve upgrade toward the lates technologies (Ethernet, Wifi.. ) complients with all computing equipements.
Every single networks component (cable, router, switch etc..) will be replaced.

This renewing should give to zoglu a compliant network and telecomincation infratructure with its objectives and aspirations.
