    # Wildfire cooridnators weekly standup May 18, 2022 # --- ## Agenda * Check-in on Robert's weekly rhythms * any tweaks and improvements? * Values doc * Communication rhythms with Operators * Anything else? ### Weekly Digest * Great job Robert! Positive feedback from Operators * Twice a week a do-able rhythm. Train Operators to expect the digests on specific days. * takes about 3 hours for Robert to put a digest together * Tweaks and improvements: 1. Combine all WG digests into one Mirror post (under Wildfire DAO mirror account), get Operators to skim thruogh other WG governance proposals 2. Add voting deadlines for each proposal. 3. Publish twice a week on set days, and additional posts if there are time sensitive proposals live ### Values doc * Ven and Yoseph to work on it * Robert & Yo brainstorms: * Coordinators develop the foundational values and "how we work" guide, and open it up for everyone to contribute - wisdom of the crowd + collective buy-in * Keep it short and simple, but have processes for dealing with conflicts/issues when they arise (matter of when, not if) * Everyone in WF is smart and down to earth. No assholes. Let's keep it like that. * Brainstorm for values and "how we work": 1. Chuck your ego out the door. 2. Respect one another. If anyone behaves disrespectfully, apologize and move on. 3. Clear and open communication. 4. Assume the best in others. When unclear, ask, don't assume. 5. Clear accountability and ownership. When you make a commitment, keep your word. * Could we get operators to commit at the beginning of each season? Once you commit to a season, you are expected to show up and fulfill your work. * Crazy idea: get each Operator to "lock-up" a portion of their Wildfire tokens when they commit for a season, and it's released at the end. If someone drops off in the middle of a season, the WG and Coordinators can vote to move the locked up WILDFIRE tokens to the WF treasury. Maybe an experiment for the next season? 7. Have a simple process for onboarding and off-boarding operators into WF, including off-boarding when someone is not carrying their weight / isn't a fit (mutually agreed or forced by the DAO) * Err towards clear, and honest communication, for positive affirmation, and when something isn't working well. Direct feedback offered from WG members. Bring in a coordinator when needed. ### Additional brainsform with Ven * Purpose of values - allows everyone know the fair game for coordination. * Let's get compensation into the values. * Attention staking - new process Ven is working on that can be used here when contract is ready. * Publish some of these values at the Townhall. wordsmith and get community feedback. let the community form for a while and they figure out what their values are. * Maybe add something around "listening"? * ### Comms rhythms * Coordinators to update the Operators group on what we're working on ### Next steps 1. Tweaks to weekly digest (Robert) 2. Build Values doc draft (Ven + Yoseph) * Input from James + Callum appreciated
