It's not very friendly for clients to enter the system, especially if they're used to fiat.

Can we make a clear document that explains all the steps, begining at the most basic, like beginning with fiat.

launchnija is making something like this for ShillShop and will share with clerics.

What if we accept more than just xDai to welcome more clients?

Is there a way to make an automated exchange that can deposit xDai into the treasury, but allows clients to pay with various currencies?

#### Onboarding into RaidGuild

Creating a liquidity token to be paired with several different projects on gnosischain

- sell water to get xDAI in the door and create liquidity agaist xDAI

### Ways this can go wrong

- project tokens are only as good as their liquidity pools reserve assets
- how many millions of dollars of project tokens do you have vs the reserve token asset
- LPs are like a permissionless checking account
- money in the pool represents money in the account
- everyone gets a check to pull against that
- projects with the highest reserves get rekd
- projects with low reserves benefit

#### Pros:
- Pooling a portion of the $RAID treasury with other projects that will not dump on us and we will not dump on them
- introducing a some-what solid liquidity program for the $RAID token such that we would be able sustain RAID token price?

#### Cons:
- Flop
- No one buys water token
- We lose 100% of the 100k

- Fair token price
- RAID might be undervalued in the basket

- Undermining our ability to create liquidity for ourselves in the future

- After a client completes a design sprint with Raid Guild, they usually want to keep working with us. Clerics can then put in another application for the client into Dungeon Master.
- When a client says to not worry about an issue that Raiders want to reconcile, it's probably not gonna turn out to be a no-worry situation.
- When a client has a consult and then time goes by and the scope has changed, then a new consultaion must be completed to re-engage.
- What to do when you're doing front end work and there's a back end that you're relying on?
- Group DMs shouldn't be including the client, they should be a Raider channel.
- Is dework a useful tool for Raids?
