🐝 Chinese Community Activation – Weekly Tracker

🎯 Objectives

• ✅ Show that Swarm is active and building.
  Community members need to see activity and feel that the project is moving forward.

• ✅ Generate engagement to support community sentiment.
  A more engaged community helps absorb and balance the sentiment caused by price action.

Tasks

1. Monitor official channels for updates:

• Discord → #announcements
• Twitter:
  • @ethswarm
  • @zelig
  • @ethswarmhive

2. Localise and share updates in Chinese: Translate the latest news into short and clear Chinese posts. Focus on updates about development progress, partnerships, events, AMAs, media coverage, or internal discussions. Highlight vitality: “Look, Swarm are shipping!”

3. Distribute across Chinese channels:
   • WeChat groups
   • Telegram (Chinese communities) (@CNswarm channel)
   • QQ groups
   • Weibo / Bilibili (if available)

Add images or memes to make posts more appealing if possible.

Tone: it has never to impersonate Swarm Foundation. Community managers do not represent the Foundation, they amplify. There is no 'we' as Swarm Foundation, there is 'us'. Instead of "We are shipping 2.5.0" it is "Swarm is shipping 2.5.0" or "A new shipment of 2.5.0". Don't forget that all the users, all the nodes, all the buyers, "we are all swarm".
