Try adding a global effect display to the origin interface.
**No additional requests are used and no server burden is imposed.**

### Ability
- adding a global effect display to the origin interface.
- Automatic calculation of the total effect of the same type of effect
- Display time accurate to the second
- Only show six specific effects：
- Synaptic Acceleration -> Syn.
- Frontal Cortex Enhancement -> Frnt.
- Transaction Exploit -> Trade
- Calibration -> Cali.
- Calibration Safety -> Prot.
- RNG -> RNG

- Dragging too fast may cause the mouse to run faster than the floating window, resulting in a poor operating experience
