* "Factoring" - Accounts Receivable as collateral for money now (take fixed percentage off of invoice) - cash advance in form of a loan
* What's the risk? -> Fraud of issuing invoice but not paying it (if money is locked up, could invoice be used for collateral that they don't plan to deliver)
* money could be lost of something breaks and someone doesn't fulfill their promise
* How might future revenue or value be distributed to previous and existing contributors?
