MGM China announced plans to refurbish MGM Macau hotels and casinos at a cost of $100 million. The announcement came hours after MGM China Holdings Ltd released its financial report for the fourth quarter of 2014. According to the financial report, net income for the fourth quarter of 2014 was $718.7 million, down 22% from the same period in 2013. 75% of gambling operators' EBIDTA was attributed to 60% higher volume players compared to the same period in 2013. This large increase is due to the rearrangement of game tables on key casino floors. Grant Howie, CEO of MGM China, said the refurbishment will focus on upgrading casino floors, operational efficiency and traffic flow. Within the complex, the company also plans to launch numerous non-game products, including 15 stores and new restaurants. Casino activity will continue throughout the refurbishment. MGM Macao began its refurbishment in 2014 at a cost of $45 million, and the complex's refurbishment plan includes 27 projects, which will last for three years. The most recent business is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2015. In addition, MGM China is busy building a second real estate in Macau, and MGM Kotai, which will be built in Kotai Street, a popular gambling site, is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2016, with an estimated construction cost of $2.9 billion. Mr Howie said MGM China plans to remain competitive in an ever-growing and changing market and will continue to invest and build to maintain these goals. [바카라사이트](https://www.casinositesafe.com/)
