組付け

ホットベッドを載せるアルミフレーム組み立て

アルミフレームをHの形にコーナーブラケットで固定します。

あとで位置調整はするとして、直角を出すために、写真のように立てて下にブラケットを合わせたり、寝かして片方が浮いたりしないように、固定しました。

Zキャリッジ取り付け

リニアベアリングを、プリントしたZキャリッジパーツとクランプで固定します。
M3x20mmとナイロンナットを使用しました。

H形にしたアルミフレームにZキャリッジを取り付けます。

Zシャフト取り付け

Zシャフトを、リニアベアリングに通しながら、プリントしたZシャフトクランプで、本体フレームに取り付けます。

写真のような向きに本体フレームを寝かせて作業するのが一番やりやすかったです。

ベアリングを、動かしながら、２本のシャフトが並行になり、スムーズに動く位置に調整してから、きちんと固定しました。

Zモーター取り付け

まず、プリントしたモーターマウントパーツを、モーターに取り付けます。

リードスクリューに、スクリューナットと、プリントしたナットマウントを通し、モーターマウントを本体フレームに、下の写真のように取り付けます。

H形アルミフレームの短い部分の位置を調整しながら、ナットマウントがいい位置に来るように調整します。

リードスクリューを回して、H形フレームを上下させ、スムーズに動作するように調整して固定します。
モーターに近い位置でスムーズに動作すれば、離れた方もスムーズに動作する感じでした。
この調整はかなり四苦八苦したので、どのように調整するのが簡単か教えて欲しい！

Zシャフトが長かった！！！

Z軸のシャフトがはみ出す！！

指定の400mmでは長すぎました。
本体フレームのZ方向が350mmなので、当然ですね。
シャフトを350mmにするか、本体のZ方向のフレームを400mmにすればはみ出さなくなりそうです。
