## Volunteer self-introduction

Time: 10 minutes

Each person may use **1-2 minutes** for self-introduction, which may include: (1) name, (2) occupation / major / class, (3) interest of technical development, (4) personal interest / hobby, (5) other.

New and old team members all do self-introduction to make the meeting easier for new members.

## Event Agenda

Time: 30 minutes

We discussed the total duration of event, we can get further in actual agenda. **However**, before planning an event agenda, we should **clarify the goal** with the details of exactly what we want. For example, in terms of **audience**, what kind of audience do we want ?

- **一次活動變成兩次（第一次做篩選 (Targeting Event）)**
