General * Program * Start time on eventbrite should be started from the reception time (eg. 9:30 instead of 10:00) Venue * Will Science Park more tech feeling than HKFYG Building ? Operation * could be better to have a operation host for each track to handle query from participant/speaker Production * more communication need to better estimate time for move in * safer to assume ~4 hrs of move-in and setup for production equinment Others *
