We'll be working on getting basic working agreements for each group.
Plan for regular retrospectives and reflection sessions to check in with each other
Demo nights and days happen regularly, jump in to share your work and plan to present and share your work together for Demo events (next is 9/16)
Most working groups have 1 major deliverable at a time, even if other projects are in development it's important to make sure working groups have enough people to actually create/do the work.
GLTF working group is WIP
Website group is ad hoc, meeting semi-regularly while working on the v1 of website (may fold into storyweaving)
Avatar and Omi-chan
World data, virtual worldbuilding, URI group is now forming/ad hoc (Humbletim) looking to take shape now
It would be great to start forming in Github and then to our website, link to this and add a section on how to get involved (Discord links, etc)

### GLTF Working Group
Hubs with audio emitters can be transferred to OMI spec to 3JS
Libraries are being finalized, Don McCurdy working with Robert on this
Godot implementation has an initial demo, working with iFire on this (we'll see more in Sept)
Blender tooling is in the works as well, exporting out first then eventually importing as well
Looking for UNITY and UNREAL developer/engineers to think through audio engineering in those extensions - how do we want to export our own extensions in these libraries?

Wrapping up first extension and tooling, then a retrospective to explore additonal extensions

Khronos (who maintains the spec) would like to 3D formats group liaison to work with Khronos on OMI work in their work. Robert would like to serve in this role.
