# EthDenver hackathon judging ### Completeness a) UI: 0-3 (could be a backend / tools) b) Problem solving: 0-5 c) smart contract fully working: 0-2 (think about it as a bonus for the previous point - does the smart contract has a good structure to solve the problem) ### Creativity a) does the solution make sense: 0-2 b) is it original: 0-3 c) creativity: 0-5 ### Relevance a) Why Inco is the best fit for your problem b) What other benefits do you see by using Inco, IBC and the blockchain ecosystem. c) How do you see the evolution of your project: - does the team see the future of the project? - is the team a good match for our Builder Program? - is this the team worth to invest in? - is there a product market fit? - does the team see future benefits of using Inco. # poker-fhe-base (Julie) ### Robert Julie is motivated to do a Poker game, but not really motivated about Inco. He didn't fully understand why Inco will be a good match for her. She is still exploring alternatives. She want to create her startup. I told her about Builders Program - she was not aware that we are lunching it. I was missing here motivation about building with FEH. She had big concerns about tx costs, so we had to explain that it's advancing very fast. Completeness: 6 (only because she was alone) Creativity: 3 (solution makes sense, +1 "small" creativity) Relevance: 8 complexity: 7 sum = 24 # peer tuning ai ### Robert Peer review project. Didn't go far to understand the security and benefits of Inco. He started working on the project already 3 months ago. Now he coded the smart contract and UI. Completeness: 7 (only because she was alone) Creativity: 6 (solution makes sense, +1 a bit original, 3 for creativity) Relevance: 6 complexity: 6 sum = 25 # Red Envelope ### Robert They had 5 experienced people in the team. So achieved much more. Completeness: 7 Creativity: 8 (solution makes sense, +1 a bit original, 3 for creativity) Relevance: 8 complexity: 4 sum = 27 ### Stealth Command: The Hidden Fronts #### Robert He already got an idea before and use it for a previous hackathon. He used ZK for that and won. Now he wanted to use FHE, learn it, get experience and see what's better. Con of the ZK solution is that he needs 2 people online, because data is not shared. He got layoff in October, and since then going to as many hackathons as possible to learn, get grants. He is looking for grants and job. He completed a Mina grant. Depenendecies for the future: - oracle for the weather data (he wants to use real world weather data) Money to make PoC: 30k. Completeness: 8 (not 10, because he already had a head start) Creativity: 7: solution makes sense, +1 original (he didn't get 2 because he reused his previous idea), 4 for creativity Relevance: 9 complexity: 7 sum = 31 # ZTrust #### Robert Completeness: 9 Creativity: 7 (solution makes sense, +1 a bit original, 3 for creativity) Relevance: 4 # Auto HODL #### Robert Completeness: 5 Creativity: 7 (solution makes sense, +1 a bit original, 3 for creativity) Relevance: 4 # ranking poker 1 2 3 = 6 tuning ai 1 = 1 red envelop 3 1 2 1 = 7 stealth command 2 3 3 2 = 10
